Almost everything that you'll find on the Madison Design Studios website is covered by our hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, just send us an email at the returns address listed on our Contact Page and we'll take it from there. Please try to include as much information about your order as you can. Sorry, no returns can be accepted on Custom Ornament orders

We will ship small orders by USPS and larger orders by either UPS or FedEx. We find this to be most cost effective solution. If you prefer a certain carrier or need overnight delivery, please feel free to contact us to make special arrangements before your order ships. We may have to add an extra shipping charge for rush deliveries.

All of our pieces are hand-made, so there may be a time when a particular item is not in stock. We will notify you the instant any item becomes back-ordered and give you our best estimate of when we would expect it to be ready to ship.

We try to package each order as carefully as we can, but we know that accidents can happen. We will gladly replace any item that breaks during shipping free of charge. Please contact us through our Returns email to make arrangements.
